Text last updated on 22 July 2016 | Chief Boatswain’s Mate William W. Costa of the Coast Guard and his wife, Marie V. Costa, bought this house in 1946 from Bessie B. Corea. It passed from Mrs. Costa in 1988 to her sons, Warren E. Costa (1929-2009) and William H. Costa. They sold it to Sandra Rich, who sold it to Deborah C. Young and Diana C. Young, who sold it to Richard Balukas, who sold it to Mitchell W. Millett, who sold it to Kenneth C. and Joyce Hamilton Bryan of Baltimore — all in the space of seven years.
