5 Bayberry Avenue. [2008, Dunlap]
There are few explicitly modern buildings in town, and fewer good ones. At 5 Bayberry Avenue, however, some strong gestures — like the sharply-angled two-story stairwell bay projecting from an otherwise windowless wall — elevate the design, by Daniel Sullivan of Truro. It was constructed in Meadowview Heights in 1986-1987 for Dr. Nicholas Asimakopulos.
