30 Blueberry Avenue

30 Blueberry Avenue. [2013, Dunlap]

This 1,286-square-foot house, a modified Cape-style composition that was built in 1992, has been owned since its construction by a Provincetown resident.

Blueberry Avenue is the cross-axis thoroughfare to Bayberry Avenue in the Meadowview Heights subdivision, a sprawling 74-lot development project initiated in 1983 by Matthew J. Costa on lands between Bradford Street Extension and Shank Painter Pond, reaching to the edge of the Cape Cod National Seashore and the crown of Blueberry Hill.
