An interesting two-section house, reconstructed in the late 1980s, according to the Provincetown Historic Survey, this was home to Manuel Tarvis (1894-1954), a first-generation American whose parents were both from São Miguel in the Azores. The property passed to his son, Lawrence Tarvis. It has been owned since 2006 by a Norwalk couple who paid $620,000 for it.
