Warren R. Crawley Jr. (1934-1991), a Provincetown police sergeant and the manager of the Mayflower Heights Club, and his wife, Louise A. Crawley, purchased 9 Bradford Street in 1965. She sold it in 2015 to the current owners, who expanded the structure that year.

A sign for the Ironmongers store adorns a shed on the property. It was operated at 419 Commercial Street from 1978 to 1990 by Leona Rust Egan and Marguerite L. Young, specializing in antique works of iron, brass, bronze, silver and gold.
