Text last updated on 23 July 2016 | The developer Kenneth C. Weiss turned this house into a five-unit condo in 1998. The units range from an 822-square-foot, two-story, two-bedroom residence to a 296-square-foot studio.
David Hyslop, an owner, wrote on 8 October 2015: Nickerson House contains five units under one long roof, and they are individually owned. Some are primarily short-term rental, some are used by their owners as primary or secondary residences. There can be spectacular territorial views of sunsets from the back porches.
