Text last updated on 16 January 2017 | David H. Johnson and Kenneth S. Johnson created the four-unit condo in 2009, with two apartments in this house and one each in rear cottages. The house was built in 1965, according to town records, and was the home in the early 1980s to Robert E. Oliver (b1924), a gas-station attendant; Dorothy M. Oliver (b1928), a cashier; and Ronald Williams, the superintendent of St. Peter’s Cemetery.
