What appears to be an easement is actually a discrete property parcel, 12 feet wide and 100 feet long. It’s owned by the Gebelein family, landlords of the renowned Red House at 438 Commercial Street. As can be seen in the photo above, the parcel provides a direct private path from the Red House to the beach.
