The Wager family lived here in the first half of the 20th century: Frank Carlos Wager (1870-1922) and his wife, Phebe A. (Silva) Wager (1875-1952); their son, Alphonse F. Wager (1911-1996), an Army veteran of World War II who became a store manager; and his wife, Beatrice Ann (DeCosta) Wager (1914-2011). In 1999, David M. Sanford created the two-unit Pinnacle condo.
