This two-and-a-half-story building was briefly known as the Corner House Apartments in the 1980s. It had been the home for many years of the Santos family: Frank Crowley Santos (1899-1974), the master of the fishing schooner Mary P. Goulart; his wife, Anna (Medeiros) Santos (1903-1988); and their children. Hugh J. Gallagher converted it into a four-unit condo in 2000.
