Text last updated on 4 June 2024 | This was the next-to-last parcel in the large triangular Saint-Amand tract that was owned for a time by the Animal Rescue League of Boston, as a gift from Martha J. Atkins. It stretches westward all the way back to 341 Bradford Street. The 952-square-foot house was constructed in 1980, according to town records. It was for a time the home of the ubiquitous Barbara Edith “Maebush” Stevens (1936-2022).
