Text last updated on 19 December 2016 | A 0.46-acre, parallelogram-shaped parcel that was formerly connected to the Eastwood site across Thistlemore Road was divided into four identical two-family condos known collectively as the Sandbars, each with a super-sized dormer. This condo was established in September 1988 by Charles N. Rogers. The others are at 346 Bradford Street (Sandbars III), 1 Thistlemore, and 3 Thistlemore.
