Text last updated on 16 January 2017 | The 1,488-square-foot main house, with a deep front porch, was home in the early 1960s to John R. Anthony (b±1901), a mechanic; Cecelia R. Anthony (b±1905), a homemaker; and Manuel J. Souza Jr. (b±1909), a fisherman. John Wiley Nelson and Terese F. Nelson transformed the property into a condo in 2007. The main house is now owned by a New York resident.
