Cape End Harbor Condominium (Unit 6). Cassandra Benson and Mary Alice Wells purchased the three-building property at 29 Alden Street in 2005 from Judith B. Saffron. The next year, they created the Cape End Harbor Condominium by dividing the property into seven units. Units 1-5 are in the main house. This unit once served as a darkroom for the photographer and cameraman Jacob H. “Jay” Saffron (1911-1981), replacing two old sheds that were taken down and rebuilt into a larger structure. Unit 7 is a garage and shack.
