Text last updated on 13 November 2016 | A noble old house, constructed around 1850, this was the home in the late 1950s of Ralph Andrews, then a crew member of the Shirley & Roland, who would go on to skipper the Cap’n Bill, which sank off Highland Light in 1978, with the loss of Andrews and his three-man crew. The fisherman Robert B. Perry (b ±1930) bought the property in 1961 and held on to it until 1976.
