Though this odd-shaped parcel (like a frying pan seen from the side) fronts on a vestigial stub of Point Street, it has a Bradford Street address. David Thomas Warren Kilborn of Cocoa Beach, Fla., bought the property in 1995 for $65,000, and sold it the next year to its current owner for $299,000. That difference in price suggests strongly that the 2,739-square-foot house was built during Kilborn’s brief ownership of the lot.
