Text last updated on 3 September 2016 | This three-unit condo was developed by Victor DePoalo, who remade much of the area around West Vine Street, after he tore down a handsome Federal-style house that had been allowed to deteriorate terribly. The Historic District Commission approved the demolition in 2011, provided the replacement was a near-replica.
