Neighbors long accustomed to the large dune at the corner of Bradford Street Extension and West Vine Street might have taken for granted that it was a potential site for relatively dense development. Victor DePoalo did not. With a large portfolio already in this part of town — the Condominiums at the Dunes and the West Vine Condominiums — DePoalo acquired three abutting parcels from Donald N. Fiset and Robert P. Fiset in 2013. This is the middle lot. (The others are 160 Bradford Street Extension and 164 Bradford Street Extension.) DePoalo constructed this two-unit condo in 2016, under the name of Marcus Builders L.L.C. The architect was Ted Smith.
