Text last updated on 29 April 2019 | Less than a year after the demolition of the historical Dubois Studios at 11 Brewster Street, this replacement structure was nearing completion. The new structure was built by Cape Associates of Eastham, and was clearly intended to echo a number of the distinctive features of the old studio building, most noticeably an encompassing gambrel roof from which three north-facing dormers emerge. It is also volumetrically identical to the structure it replaced; indeed, it is ever so slightly smaller.

Mary Ingalls wrote on 29 April 2019: What a beautiful home. I would like to thank the Peskins for maintaining the architectural vision. The Peskins have owned the home for 30 years and love Provincetown. Cynthia is an artist and truly embraces the history. When an original structure is unsafe and no longer functions, it’s time to renew while keeping the history in our hearts. Thank you, Peskin family.
