11 Atlantic Avenue Condominium

11 Atlantic Avenue. [2014, Town Assessor]

Back in the day, if you needed a sign painted, a truck lettered, or a show card made, you might come to the shop of Louis H. Silva at No. 11. He operated here in the 1950s and ’60s. The property had earlier belonged to Manuel Bent. In 2006, Kenneth S. Johnson, Carl V. Buccilli, and David H. Johnson of Lynnfield converted the property into a three-unit condominium. There is a 15-foot-square (225-square-foot) in-ground swimming pool for the common use of the owners.

The main building is to the left of the swimming pool. [2008, Dunlap]
