Updated on 11 July 2026 | Members of the Sateriale family were the devlopers and/or owners of some of Beach Point’s biggest transient accommodations: the Holiday Inn (now the Harbor Hotel), 698 Commercial Street; the Breakwater Hotel, 716 Commercial Street; and the Sandcastle Resort and Club, 929 Commercial Street. Fred Sateriale donated this 2¼-acre parcel of grassy dune and beach to the Provincetown Conservation Trust in December 2023. A horned lark was spotted here on 16 February 2025.
