21A Franklin Street Condominium
[2013, Dunlap]
Unit 3. [2013, Town Assessor]
Updated in 2012 | Formerly denominated 21 Franklin Street, this was the Prada family home for many years. Antone “Tony” Prada (±1872-1963) was the skipper of Rose Dorothea and its last surviving crew member in Provincetown. He had come to this country in the early 1910s from São Miguel in the Azores. Besides Rose Dorothea, he also skippered Annie C. Perry, which ended up being sunk during World War I by a German submarine, U-156. The property was converted in 1996 into a three-unit condominium.
