One of the more imposing private garages in Provincetown appears to be a work of masonry, with highly unusual quoins in a butt-and-pass pattern reminiscent of log construction. The houses at 12 Bradford Street and 14 Bradford Street have long been owned by Joseph Silva Perry (1869-1928) and his descendants, through to his granddaughter Ann V. Welles in the present day.
