12 Atlantic Avenue Condominium. Though it presents its gable front to Bradford Street, this 1850s house has an Atlantic Avenue address. Among its past residents was Joseph A. White (±1877-1957), who worked as a trap fisherman for the Atlantic Coast Fisheries from 1930 until 1947. The property was divided into four condo units in 1993 by Joy McNulty, proprietor and materfamilias at the celebrated Lobster Pot downtown.
